19 Weeks

In prepping for Thanksgiving, I completely forgot to get a picture!

How far along: 19 weeks

Miss Anything: Bending to my toes and not feel aches
Movement: I felt my first official kick November 17th! Since then I have felt movement at least twice a day!
Food cravings: Other than milk, I haven't been dying to have anything. It could be because I pigged out at Thanksgiving!
Anything making you queasy or sick: Fish, Steak, Garlic flavored crackers, Fat from meat

Gender: Baby Boy :)
Labor Signs: Nothing
Exercise: Walking 1 hr with the family
Symptoms: Kicks, no bladder control!

Doggy Day in Heaven

Since the weather has been incredible lately, I've taken Lexi to the dog park just about every day. She loves it! I will ask her "Do you want to go to the dog park?" She will immediately run to the front door and sit patiently waiting for me!

We haven't had any run ins with any other dogs. They have all been extremely friendly!

If anyone is interested in joining us just let me know! We love furry friends: )

It's a BOY!

Two years ago, when the baby bug hit me hard I knew a wanted my first born to be a boy! I love all of my nieces and love to them to pieces but there is just something about the nephews that makes me want to spoil them rotten. I want to cuddle them ALL DAY LONG!

When we found out I was pregnant, I knew it was a boy! I didn't publicly proclaim it, outside the family, but I was positive! Every time time I told Forrest about my feelings he would tell me he thought our baby was a girl! It would make me so mad! (in hind sight I know he was doing it to prep me in case it was a girl)  Come to find out he had a hunch it was a boy too and just never said!

These past two days have been a dream for us. I keep squealing and Forrest can not wipe that silly grin off of his face! I knew I would be ecstatic but Forrest is even more excited than I am! He keeps calling me from work asking what our boy is up to. (I always tell him shopping at Gymboree : )

Without further ado, I present to you OUR SON...

I can taste the turkey!

With Thanksgiving right around the corner, I've spent my morning brainstorming about my contribution to our Thanksgiving feast. Since nutrition is no where in the picture during the holidays I went straight to Paula Deen!

Pumpkin Gooey Cake
Chocolate Pecan Pie

Lady's Cheesy Mac
Creamed Spinach
Corn Casserole
I'm already thinking about the taste, smell and family time during my favorite holiday!
