Aiden is very into "helping" me these days. This particular day, I was making sweet potatoes and he had to help stir. Just yesterday I caught him sweeping and blow drying his hair (with an unplugged blowdryer).

I love my little sidekick! Don't you worry- right after he finished stirring he went and played in the dirt.

It's no secret that I am a daily weekly shopper at Publix. Aiden has always done very well for me while getting groceries. When he was tiny, I'd wear him in the BJorn. Once he started eating solids, I'd feed him cheerios. Now I give him a balloon and he entertains himself by talking to EVERYONE that passes by!

Apopka Party

We had Aiden's party with my side of the family at Ponkan Park. It was the perfect location. The was complete shade and a nice breeze blowing the majority of the afternoon.  

He was a little tentative with his smash cake AT FIRST! Once Forrest gave him a little taste he dug in. He LOVED the icing but didn't care for the feel of the cake. I don't think he even tasted it. Of course Papa had to do a taste test too! 

 We were so appreciative of all the help and support at the party!

My Sweet Boy is ONE

On Aiden's actual birthday, we invited Ninny & Pa over to celebrate Little Man's special day! The birthday boy had icecream cupcakes as his special treat. He loved the sugar but more than anything he ate up the attention! 

He played with balloons all day long and kept clapping to make me sing happy birthday over and over again!

It's hard to believe he is already ONE YEAR OLD!

Catch Up!

Where do I start?

Since I last wrote, Aiden hunted Easter eggs, turned one, got sick, went to the zoo and is doing countless other things! He is growing so much and his little personality is so darn cute.  

I hope to be able to catch up in the next few weeks but lets face it playing on the floor with my little bambino is WAY more fun than being on the computer!

Naps have been hard lately! Some days he will take 2 and other days he takes 1. 

Diet:
My milk dried up this month so Aiden is on formula now. My milk has been slowly decreasing over the past few months. I had no discomfort and Aiden has no trouble switching to 100% formula. Breakfast: (right after he wakes up) Fruit w/multivitamin & sippy cup of water
10: 4 oz formula

11:30/12: Shredded Turkey/Chicken OR Meatball w/Cooked Veggie
1: 4 oz formula
4: Applesauce OR Greek Yogurt
6: Whatever we are eating  
8:30: 6 oz formula
