Another One to Spoil

Little Rosalie was born Saturday morning and has been a blessing ever since! Forrest and I were both in the waiting room when she arrived. It was such an exciting time for the Sumner Family. We went from 11 nieces and nephews to 12!

Rosalie and Kendall are doing great! I'm sure she's soaking her up as I type this : )  

I loved seeing Luke holding Rosalie. He was so sweet with her!

 To me this is the sweetest picture yet! Rosalie poked her feet out of the chair rails.

Now, I'm ready to get our little bun in the oven here! 

Tea Party

Ninny planned Kendall's shower at The Tea Cup Tea Room. It was the perfect place for the occasion. We got to try as many fresh hot teas as we wanted not to mention all of the hors d'oeuvre's were mouth watering!

Small Town Friday Night

We may live in a small town but this small town sure knows how to throw an event! Since Emma and Jake spent the weekend with us, we decided to head out to the concert at Park Square. The atmosphere is always so much fun and the band didn't disappoint!

Emma and Jake enjoyed the fountains while we enjoyed the music! 

 These two were joined at the hip and spent hours beating each other on Angry Birds!

While making breakfast, I looked into the living room and saw Lexi watching morning cartoons while snuggling with the kids. Lexi sure loves that we have a big family with LOTS of youngins : )

Our Family Night at Buca

Since Dana and Michael were in town we decided to spend the evening at Buca...

one of our favorite Italian restaurants in town!

After the picnic, we went back to Forrest's parents for some rest and fireworks later in the evening. Since we were leaving the next day for the beach we wanted to keep it low key. So that's what we did! Our afternoon was spend relaxing and watching The Help.

   

Egg-stravaganza

I'm willing to bet that everyone involved in this egg hunt slept or was dreaming of snoozing for 2 days after our Easter week weekend! Here we are a week later and I'm finally recovered...we're back to having clean laundry and regularly scheduled meals!

Anniversary Numero Tres

The hubs and I celebrated our 3rd anniversary last Tuesday. We didn't do an extravagant vacation but we did something we will never forget! We spent the entire week day surrounded by our incredible nieces, nephews and their parents! We cuddled-we laughed-we spoiled! I couldn't imagine spending our special day any other way!

Our anniversary gift to each other this year is...   

Reservations at the beach for 3 nights in July!

Let's Go Wildcats

We are loving Bayli's softball games every Thursday night! She is incredible playing ball and was said to be a "phenomenal pitcher" by a random stranger on the opposing team! We are so proud of her : )

Christmas with 11 Children!

I want to go back...to cookie decorating with the Makayla, Bayli, Layne, Emma and Allie...playing nerf guns with Jake, Luke and Nolan...painting Audrey's finger nails...riding Joshua around in the wheelbarrel...cuddling Emibear!

I have to stop the pictures now because I can't stop crying! Goodness, this baby bug has got me!

Cookies & More

I was so excited when I found out we were doing cookie day this year and it did not disappoint! We dipped peanut butter cookie, decorated sugar cookies and sipped on coffee. I'm already brainstorming for new ideas for the next year!

Maybe we will decorate cookies for Valentine's Day?
