Lexi and Aiden spend a lot of time playing "cat and mouse." They really do love each other!

Catch Up

I've been slack on the blogging because it's fallen to the bottom of my priority list. By the time I put Aiden down for a nap, do laundry, pick up the house and pump he's up again. I'm going to TRY and do better but I'm not making any promises.

August

We've done a lot of "sitting up practice" and Lexi ALWAYS brings us toys to throw for her!

Aiden spent LOTS of time on his playmat doing naked tummy time and practiced rolling over. By the end of the month he was a pro at going from front to back and back to front.   

 

Little Man learned how to turn the crab on his exersaucer. 

 We no longer have a Mama's Boy on our hands. Aiden is fascinated with his Daddy. The laughs Forrest can get from his mini me are precious!

Doggy Day in Heaven

Since the weather has been incredible lately, I've taken Lexi to the dog park just about every day. She loves it! I will ask her "Do you want to go to the dog park?" She will immediately run to the front door and sit patiently waiting for me!

We haven't had any run ins with any other dogs. They have all been extremely friendly!

If anyone is interested in joining us just let me know! We love furry friends: )

More than I could ask for

When we got Lexi, 3 years ago, I spoiled her rotten and Forrest hated her! Lexi was my little furbaby. She had to be fed every three hours around the clock and was right under me at all times!

As soon as she got out of the puppy phase, she went from being my dog to Forrest's. Now I'm home most  of the day with her and all she does is sleep and bark at people as they pass. However, when her beloved comes home, she goes crazy -jumps, barks and gives lots of kisses! I guess I'm chopped liver and he's Filet Mignon!



White Christmas A Month Late

After coming back from a full day away at the Gator game this is what we found! Looks like somebody got a little bored while we were away!

Daddy Comes on Italian Night

Daddy stopped through Fishhawk last week to spend the night with us. Boy was I glad to see him! We had fettucini alfredo for dinner, watched Friday night lights and visited until we went to bed.

I don't know who Daddy was more excited to see...Me & Forrest or Lexi?

We were MIA for the weekend because we were with the cutest little ones in the world! I may be a wee bit biased but I'm pretty sure most of you would agree! When I became a Sumner, I joined a family with lots of children! What a blessing : ) I thought I loved them then but now I love them even more! What a joy they are to....
