Our Story
Forrest and I met at a church meeting in July 2009. You could call it a match making of sorts. His mom has told me that she always had her eye on me for Forrest but it was never the right timing. Finally, the time came for me to meet the love of my life. With the encouragement of Dana & Michael, Forrest skipped a lake day with the boys and came to church on Saturday! He always says that was the best decision he ever made.
I sat down at the table Forrest was sitting at and visited with him and his family thanking them for coming. I spent a few minutes there and moved on to speak with the other visitors at the church. Come to find out on the way home from the meeting Forrest said, "Is she married? (Not knowing what my True Love Waits ring was) I've got to figure it out."
From there we talked everyday. He came down every weekend at first. Once we officially started "dating" we would switch off driving. Every other weekend I would go his way and stay with his parents. When I wasn't there, he came to Apopka and stayed at my parents house. We spent the majority of our time sitting on the porch talking. I never thought I could fall for somebody so fast!
Three months later

Can't Get Enough of this Everyday Love
I am so thankful to having such a loving Christian husband. It is such a relief to know that whatever situation I am in, my best friend will be by my side. I have never felt such a peace as I do now. Even though my life is crazier and busier than ever, I am happier than I have ever been.

Heaven Just Got a Little Brighter
As many of you know, Mema passed away last night. Please be in prayer for the family!

Red, White & Blue
We planned on going to watch fireworks at the Brandon Blast with Adam, Kendall and Luke...but after getting there and walking in the rain we realized it was cancelled. Bummer! So We left and bought fireworks to make our OWN entertainment. We spent the rest of the evening visiting and shooting off fireworks. Enjoy the show!
