Jungle Shower

It has taken me a week to get everything organized, washed and put away from my shower in Apopka last Saturday. I was blown away by everyone's generosity! The turnout was great, the food was delicious and the love felt by all was overwhelming! I'm ready to hold my little man but enjoying this time celebrating his upcoming birth!

The adorable table decor

This cradle is what we will use for Aiden in the first few weeks!
It is the same one that was used for all the Wood cousins!

Mom made the banner : ) I'm still thinking of the perfect place for it.

I had to note Grandpa Don's wrapping!

I don't know who is more excited about Baby AJ's arrival? Me or the Grandparents?
Ninny & Bayli went to the shower with me!
(And held presents on the way home because  my car was SO full)

A big thank you to everyone who made the shower a special and memorable occasion for me!

A Peacefull Sunday

This year, once again, I took my annual trek to Apopka for Mother's Day! I went to church at Little Zion and back to Grandma's house for the afternoon. As always, we had an enjoyable time together. I hated to leave but was glad to be going back with Forrest!

I'm a Snake Shedding My Skin

I've been gearing up all week for our family game night! Aunt Becky hosted it and prepared a Chipotle style meal. It was delicous. I don't know which was better the food or the fun.

After eating, we played Hilarium. I could try to explain the laughter but I think the pictures will speak better!

Construction Workers for the Day

This weekend, we drove down to Apopka to meet with the rest of the family to tear down a wall in Grandma's house! We came prepared for a hard days work but we were done knocking the wall by 9:30 AM and cleaned up by 11! What a day : )

(Sorry in advance for the picture overload)

I am proud to say that I helped clean up and even took the sledgehammer to the wall. Anyone who wants remodeling done -call the our crew!

She's Graduated!

My Baby Sister's Graduation! I was so excited to sit down and see Sophie (my cousin's sweet baby girl)!
She is so, so, so cute!
Here is the reason that for a brief moment in time I got baby fever!

She fell asleep just like this. One minute she was playing with Forrest then the next OUT!

I just about melted when she reached over and grabbed Daddy's fingers and wouldn't let go!

Then I went home and got to snuggle up on the couch with this man at 7:30 pm and crashed! And bah BABY FEVER GONE :)

Apk Bound

We went to the Foliage Festival with Mom, Bethany & Daddy on Saturday while in Apopka! It's always fun to go back to my hometown. It is surreal. I've only been gone for 2 years but it feels like just yesterday that I graduated from high school!

Enjoy the Pictures!
