I know this some be a little extensive but that's how I seem to work best. I like to have a thorough plan and if something needs done why not do it now when I have the time vs. doing it when I have a toddler at my heels : )

Looks like a pretty comprehensive list! I would just say that you probably don't have to move all your winter clothes out of the nursery closet. The baby shouldn't need more than half at most for quite a while. The baby-proofing the house doesn't really have to be done before he/she arrives either...that was something we did gradually as our first got more and more mobile.
Oh, you might want to add putting in a high-quality a/c filter just before the babies arrives.
FInd a super duper photographer that takes amazing new born portraits and schedule for a week or two after the baby comes. You will regret it if you don’t get some precious portraits of your little one while he/she still sleeps all day and is soooo innocent!! Couldn’t do this with James and Audrey and didn’t know of any one when Olivia was born. I drool over new born pics and sooooo wish I had some of my babies :)
I just thought of a few things as I was making my own list. You might want to consider these things or not: prepare freezer meals, decide on birth announcement (so you can have a picture idea in mind), maternity pictures.
