Cakes 101

I went to a cooking class at The Rolling Pin last week. It was a hands on class with four other people, two assistants and a teacher! Rolling Pin provided the supplies and all I had to do was show up and do what I enjoy most. I am so glad I went and would definately recommend it to anyone who enjoys cooking or baking. Rolling Pin also offers other culinary and cookie decorating. If you ever have a chance to take a class go for it!
